The Evergreen Approach
At Evergreen Movement Lab, the goal isn’t simply to exercise. It’s to build strength and mobility that support everyday life in a meaningful way. Training is tailored to the individual, helping people move well, get stronger, and build the resilience to continue doing the things they love through every stage of life.

Training at Evergreen
Small Group Personal Training
Train in a small, supportive group of up to three people per session. Each 45-minute session includes structured programming within a shared training environment, combining coaching attention with group energy. This creates a structured way to build strength and consistency over time.
Private Coaching (in-person or virtual)
One-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, movement history, and any current concerns. Sessions are 45 minutes and fully individualized, adapting over time to support strength, movement quality, and sustainable progress that fits your life outside the gym.
Hybrid Training (small group + private)
A combination of small group training and private coaching. This option blends individualized attention with the structure and consistency of group training, offering a flexible way to train across the week.
Meet Your Coach
Leslie Godfrey, strength & mobility coach

I began my career as a classical musician and worked as a professional oboist for many years, living with chronic pain and overuse injuries for much of that time. Over the years, I began rebuilding through movement; I became more active again, explored different forms of exercise, and found that the more I moved, the better I felt. That experience led me into coaching and into a deeper focus on prehab and rehab-informed training.
Today, I work with clients across a wide range of goals. Some are returning from injury, some are rebuilding capacity, and others are focused on strength, improving how they move, and developing consistency with exercise. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Adaptive Personal Trainer, my focus is supporting sustainable progress, creating lasting change, and meeting people where they are.
At Evergreen, that means training for real life: strength you can use, mobility that supports how you feel and function, and resilience that carries you forward.
